Chrissy Givens and Amber Holt were named 1st team All-Sun Belt Conference and Krystle Horton was named to the 3rd team. Additionally, Givens was named Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year. Holt was named Newcomer of the Year and Rick Insell was named Coach of the Year.

3-3-07:
In Lafayette, LA, the Lady Raiders improved to 27-3 with a 79-52 win over South Alabama in the Sun Belt Conference tournament. The 27 wins set a school record. Chrissy Givens led MT with 24 points.

2-28-97:
In Nashville, the Lady Raiders (10-20) ended their season with a 59-56 loss to Tennessee Tech in the semifinals of the OVC tournament. Jonelda Buck led MT with 14 points.

2-26-87:
In Murfreesboro, on senior night for Janet Ross and Kim Webb, the Lady Raiders (18-7) ran their win streak to 14, in a 111-64 win over Tennessee State. Tawanya Mucker led MT with 26 points and Alice Lawrence had 22.

2-26-77:
In Murfreesboro, Liz Hannah scored 30 points, to lead the Lady Raiders (18-2) to an 89-81 victory over Western Kentucky.

2-28-77: In Jackson, TN, the Lady Raiders (18-3) had a 13-game winning streak snapped, in a 93-90 overtime loss to Union University. Karen Carter led MT with 24 points.

3-2-77: In Cookeville, TN, the Lady Raiders (19-3) beat UT-Martin 69-67 in the Tennessee College Women's Sports Federation State basketball tournament. Sharon McClanahan led MT with 23 points.

Tournament was played in Cookeville, but media guide says Memphis.

3-3-77: In Cookeville, TN, the Lady Raiders (19-4) lost to Tennessee 87-65 in the Tennessee College Women's Sports Federation State basketball tournament. Sharon McClanahan led MT with 15 points.

Media guide says game was played on 3-2-77.


3-4-77: In Cookeville, TN, the Lady Raiders (20-4) beat East Tennessee State 75-73 in the Tennessee College Women's Sports Federation State tournament. Karen Carter led MT with 17 points.

Later in the day, the Lady Raiders (20-5) ended the season with a 84-68 loss to Memphis State and elimination from the Tennessee College Women's Sports Federation State tournament. Sharon McClanahan led MT with 19 points.
