As if we need another reason to hate the Dores, the 2 freaking whistlers May be the most annoying fans of any sport. Ruins the game experience - ESPN hates them, radio hates them, even a lot of their fan base hates them. Not surprised it’s Vandy.
Tech wins game one, 5-4 in Austin, and is one game away from the College World Series.
Tech just passed our 1982 season. It's been 36 years since we were 2 wins from the CWS. You have to tip your hat to the Eagles. To go into Oxford and take 2 must win games from Ole Miss, then go to Austin and win a game. I am jealous of Tennessee Tech and that sucks.
It hurts to pull for Tech but my cousin Mitchell Wright ( brother of MLB # 5 last year by Atlanta Braves Kyle Wright ) is the pitching coach at TTU.
BTW, vandy took Ms State to extra innings in game three in Nashville, but lost, so the commodores season comes to an end. #schadenfeude
MState provided a service to Omaha and baseball fans, the Vandy whistlers are not going to the CWS.
Amen to that!. And Tech needs to send a little "chin music" to pretty boy Clemens today.
