I tried looking at the master plan. I hate the abbreviations on that thing. Been too long. haha.
I assume it is going in the parking lot across from the Student Union? The one that was twice that size when I was there living at Cummings Hall.

As a graduate of the Behavioral and Health Science program, I can confirm this is much needed.
As much as our athletics need it, academics do have to come first.
