FOOTBALL ODU gives 7 assistant football coaches 2-year contracts

I assuming our Coordinators may have two year deals, does anyone know what MT is doing in this area? If this is what it takes to get a contract done with their head coach, I'd much rather see this than a head coach contract that extends beyond four or five years.
