This is the brother of Zaevion Dobson who was shot and killed last year while placing his body in the line of fire to protect three young girls who escaped without injury. And if that tragedy was not enough, Jajuan Hubert Latham, a 12 year old cousin, was shot and killed this past April, by stray bullets, while sitting in his father's SUV. Hopefully, Zack can escape and stay out of the line of fire in the shooting gallery that is his Knoxville neighborhood.
