Woof, they are more injury prone than we are and that's saying something

excerpt:

Week eleven college football pits the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders at the Texas El Paso Miners.

The Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders rolled to a crucial 29-10 win versus Western Kentucky in a CUSA bout in week ten. MTSU totaled 474 yards and allowed 379 yards while winning the turnover battle 2-0. Middle Tennessee also controlled the ball for nearly 37 minutes behind 246 rushing yards.

Blue Raiders quarterback Brent Stockstill connected on 24-42 for 228 yards and a pair of touchdowns while running eight times for six yards.

Chaton Mobley lumbered for 198 yards on 25 carries with a 60 yard run while Zack Dobson logged 49 yards on three totes with two catches for 19 yards and a TD. Ty Lee was topped the Middle Tennessee receiving corps with five receptions for 81 yards and a 43 yard scoring strike.

The Texas El Paso Miners finally got in to the win column for the first time in 2018 with a 34-26 victory at Rice in week ten. UTEP held a slight 410-383 yardage edge with a pair of giveaways while forcing three turnovers.

Miners quarterback Kai Locksley completed 13-21 for 193 yards and an interception while running six times for 13 yards and a pair of short scoring runs.

Quardraiz Wadley gave Texas El Paso some valuable gains on the ground with 91 yards on 20 carries and a pair of scores while Treyvon Hughes totaled 76 yards on 12 attempts with a TD. Warren Redix and Erik Brown were the top Miners receivers with seven catches for 123 yards.

Blue Raiders are 4-0 ATS vs. a team with a losing record and over is 5-1 in Blue Raiders last 6 road games vs. a team with a losing home record and under is 8-2-1 in Blue Raiders last 11 games on turf. Under is 4-0 in UTEP Miners last 4 home games and UTEP Miners are 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games following a straight up win and under is 4-0 in Miners last 4 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.

UTEP has improved but the Blue Raiders have quite a bit at stake to overlook the Miners...

Am I the only one that has a bad feeling about tomorrow? more so that UTEP is better than their record and we have a long flight and it feels sleepy. I wanna get to 7-3 so bad.

It's gonna be a dog fight. I love UTEP plus the points in a low scoring contest like this.

To win, we just need to limit turnovers, its that simple. UTEP is averaging about 17 points a game, lets keep them at their average.

Who are these announcers

I feel like we are lost some sharpness. We need to keep the pedal down.

Big 3rd and 10 coming up.

Well, it's turning into the dog fight like I thought it would be. We are lucky UTEP is turning it over.

I wouldn’t call this a dog fight. We are dominating other than the coaches decision coupled with some big penalties

Let’s see a bit if it stays this close.
