Was reviewing info & stats from MaxPreps on line. Looks like Ana Milanovic transferred to Ethel Walker High in Simsbury Connecticut in 2023 after participating in the U18 European Championship for Serbia. She participated in 7 games, & scored in double figures in 3 of those games. Ethel Walker is a college prep school. In 21 games she averaged an impressive 17.0 ppg, almost 10 rpg, & 1.5 blocks/game. MaxPreps listed the '23/'24 campaign as her junior year, with '24/'25 being her upcoming senior year. In Serbia before coming to the US she was listed at 6' 1", now a year later Ana has grown to 6' 3". Will have to wait till end of '24/'25 season to see if she adds some more height.
Unless their are 2 different Ana Milanovic's who are both playing under 18 basketball currently it appears she will not be joining the MT women's team this fall, but she will the following year for '25/'26 campaign.
If the above information is correct that will make for a phenomenal freshman recruiting class of Milanovic, Phifer, Baugus, & Swaney.
Looks like they're all coming in with some great backgrounds. May be getting ahead of myself, but we may have to pre-designate this group as MT's version of the Freshman Fab Four.

For anyone reading the above info, Jake was able to verify via info from Coach Matt that Milanovic will be joining this year's 2024 squad after all. Apologize for posting incorrect data, but very glad to see Milanovic joining this year's team. Can't wait to hear Matt's latest podcast on this year's new roster additions!
