9-14-06: In Murfreesboro, MT (2-1) won the Totem Bowl, 44-0 over Tennessee Tech. The game was tied 3-0 at halftime but MT exploded with touchdowns from Eugene Gross, Luke Paschall, DeMarco McNair, Desmond Gee and a defensive fumble return by Lonnie Clemmons in the 2nd half.

Raider standouts in the game were Lebrian McGill (143 yards rushing), Ronnie Gordon (7 yard TD run), and Darrell Love (9 tackles). Rhett Kopp had field goals of 37 and 45 yards and Keegan Ray kicked a 50 yarder for the first field goal of his career.
