Thanks MTSU...from a Marshall Fan

Just wanted to thank your band and fans for paying respect to our 1970 team that was
lost in the plane crash. Toward the end of a 4 min. video that played prior to the game on Saturday the MTSU fans started clapping and the band members waved their hats in respect. I just about broke down. Thanks again for being a classy bunch of people. Good luck the rest of the season.

Thanks. I wasn't at the game last night but we all certainly honor the history of the Marshall program. We also have a close association with one of the other college athletics plane crash tragedies, as the Evansville basketball team was in route to play us in 1977 when their plane went down.
