FOOTBALL Sales are now open for new SRM Concrete Club

So, the reserved seats that comes with the $2500 price tag are in the family fun zone? If I remember right, those are nonalcoholic? I'm paying that money and I, possibly, cannot go in and buy a drink and then go back to my reserved aluminum bleacher and drink it?

Honestly that isn't as bad as I thought it would be. $2500 per pair for the season which includes buffet and parking. I don't see many paying that who aren't already up in the Hendrix Club. Especially with the state of the admin and on-field performance lately.

@DisgruntledAlum 1B and 2B are beside the Fun Zone so to speak, which is above 1A-3A angled in the corner. 1B-2B are at the endzone just outside the SRM club which opens up to the deck. I dare say they'll have the deck blocked off there at the stairs. Open to the Fun Zone and closed towards the front of the SAPC.

In this first pic, a barrier of sorts from the corner of the SAPC to the bleachers.

According to this seating chart, it is in the family fun zone. Obviously, it could be a mistake in the diagram.

Honestly, if I weren't on a fixed income of sorts, it sounds like a good deal.

Not saying it isn't a good deal, but I just think if you are selling seats as a part of a premium club, take those two sections and put chairbacks in them.

Also, not saying it is, because changing is easy, but I'd be upset if I went in and bought a drink and was not allowed to take to my seat to sit with family and watch the game. Especially if the weather is beautiful.

I didn't realize 1B-2B were considered part of the fun zone. Surely they'd change that now since they are selling those sections as part of the SRM club. I'm with you on questioning taking drinks to your seat. I get not allowing it to normal seating, but club should be allowed.

The only thing stopping me from upgrading is the section. Those aren’t great seats and I don’t want to pay $2500 for those. If they chairbacked them I would probably splurge.

It would be more justifiable in my book to upgrade with those two sections having chairbacks. I would consider buying some, with the expectations that the product on the field improves as well.

I would like to see the stadium completely chairbacks someday, knowing the capacity will be reduced, but at least people be comfortable.

Pretty sure all the seats are chairback in the new club and there is also a full service bar. This will sell out fast . Might want to check it out if your willing to invest 2.5k in the program?

If they do ever upgrade the upper deck visitor/steel side to chairbacks, I bet all three fans that sit up there will appreciate it.
I typically stand, so the chairbacks wouldn't do me much good 😂 Definitely do not have to worry about blocking anyone's view.
