Side note : I LOVED Kupp coming out.

But, when Stock finally hangs up his whistle, MT MUST hire an energetic, outgoing guy. Someone who has won. Knows what it looks like to win. Knows what it will take to win.

MT has had 2 HC in the almost 25 years at the FBS level. Neither one came from a "winning" program at the time. Andy Mac came from a struggling / terrible Baylor program. Stock came from a .500 or so USC Jr program.

So it shouldn't be a huge surprise that the program floundered under Andy Mac & Stock's program hovered around .500.
