Williams, 23, is 6-8 and averaged 17.3 points and 7.3 rebounds for Middle Tennessee. He went there after transferring from Arkansas.
The Cavs are bringing Williams to camp with the intention of sending him to their developmental "G" League affiliate in Canton, a league source told cleveland.com.....
