LaRon Dendy really changed the program IMO. It was that first year Kermit got him from Iowa State that we began a massive run.

Fred Allen, a guard on those great squads in the mid 70s. No telling what he could have scored had the 3 point line been in place back then. Watched him,IIRC, score four baskets from what must have been 35 or 40 feet consecutively in one game. They weren't done in desperation. He did it because he could.

Best pure shooter we have ever had. Saw him on TV recently doing an ad for cancer centers of America. Is a cancer survivor and was active in ark politics I think?
