Was thinking the same thing a few days ago. Baseball appears to be the only sport either of them can sustain any kind of success in. Quite puzzling for a state with so many great athletes.
was looking at their roster on the game program. I think there was only TWO on the team from the state of Florida. I was thinking, are you kidding me? With all the athletes that FL produces, they should never have to go out of state.
The last two games we have looked like the old Lady Raiders. Granted we are not as quick and we do not press very often, but for this year's team to have our biggest win ever in CUSA competition is a nice surprise. And, shockingly, we are doing better than we were last year at this point.
