Just heard that Brent was offered a contract in Canada but decided to be a coach...going to be an assistant (assume Grad assistant) with Lane Kiffin at FAU of all places. Chase Daniels is a GA with Penny at Memphis State and now part of the Memphis Mafia.

Here's a Q to ponder. Will Brent be a better coach than his dad?

And if you think the answer is yes would you want him to someday come back to his alma mater and lead the program?

One thing is certain Brent is better in the media/community and would probably do a better job than CRS has at motivating the community to engage.

I'm glad that Brent is not going to be at MT as a GA. Stated before that I thought he needed to go learn under a better head coach and in a championship program. Pretty sure Kiffin and FAU is not that.
