I forgot about Ellis. I do remember that one year he was DC (or maybe co-DC), our defense was horrendous.

Good for him. I think DB's are his sweet spot, he sucks as a DC.

Yeah I remembered he was supposed to be the high energy, hype type guy. But maybe he didn't know X's and O's. Seems like that high energy type works as a position coach, the coordinator needs a little more and some stability.
