This was being planned 14 or 15 years ago... This is what you get when you have government bureaucracies more concerned how to restrict and restrain than to allow promotion of growth or to build or enhance.

Another example is the bride over Broad street....I moved back to the boro two years ago and they were working on it...still working on it. Why don't they shut down the intersection and finish it, working 24 hours a day and get it done.

By the time they finish it, they will have to build a bridge over Broad...at medical center.
