I think the early signing day is really going to help us.

No more last minute poaching of recruits when a G5 school comes along to fill out it's practice squad. If a recruit isn't willing to sign in December, then you can still recruit him, but be aware that he's looking around and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Plus, no more time wasted in January babysitting rock solid commits. You can focus on those few guys you're really in a battle for.
