Question for site moderators

We have travelled out of the country before and 99% sure we were able to access this site. We were just in Italy for the better part of 2 weeks and every time I tried logging on, I got a security message, saying I must be trying to access while out of the US. Don’t think I have ever received that type message from any site I have tried accessing. Just curious, more than anything, why that is?

I just tried to access it with an Italian IP address and got the same thing. Interesting. No answer as to why at this moment, but if I/we find out we'll pass it along.

So I got the following message when attempting to access Yahoo with Italian IP. Rivals is under Yahoo Sports and with Yahoo now being a part of the Oath family you have to accept their terms in Europe before you can access any of their sites, ours included. European internet laws is the answer, basically.

Still kind of a head scratcher that I likely accessed 20-25 websites while gone and the ONLY one I could not access was this one. Thanks for that additional info though.
