Regardless of the weak opponent and how I feel about the body of work for this HC and his staff, I won’t poo-poo a win out of respect for the Blue Raider players who got it done. That said, I still think it’s gonna be a long rough season for them.

That's very fair. I feel the same way but we were a 10+ point dog and to come out and mudstomp them in the first half was uplifting to say the least. I was at out of town and kept updating my phone app and kept laughing becauase I couldn't believe the difference. CSU could not run on us and the DL got 9 sacks which was awesome to see. We'll see what happens this week but TSU has played 2 powerhoouse FCS teams and have stayed with them. It will be a tougher game than CSU. Their front 7 on D are good and their QB can sling it.

Colorado St picked up a win against Nevada last night 17-14.

I watched the whole thing. CSU's defense has really improved. Their offense is terrible but the D shut em down. It was chippy and personal all night. Weird and fun to watch.
