MT up 6 at the half. Boykins hit some long threes.

If we tighten it up some, stop fouling so much (LT had 16 ft attempts that our 5) we should be ok.

As I have posted both Waters and Gamble need to be much more aggressive on the offensive end.

Crazy right now. All we have to do is not foul and protect the freaking ball.

LT at the line only down 10

Good for Kermit. Anymore these days if you don't promote yourself, no one is going to do it for you.

I thought Sims did a really good job as the game went on. He seemed to settle down vs a really athletic team and ran the point well. If I'm not mistaken, Sims was on the bench when LaTech started forcing turnovers with the press. Sims seemed to help stabilize things when he got back in. I imagine LaTech getting gassed had a little something to do with it as well. Hard to maintain that sort of effort for most of the half.

Talking about "releasing the Kraken," Brandon Walters was a monster unleashed on LaTech to start that 2nd half. Just incredible. Scary good.

If Walters can release the Kraken in the coming home games, I will MT's chances even more. A lot more.
