...University will be closed Thursday, March 5, because of inclement weather, university officials said. However, the university's women's basketball team will still play FIU in Murphy Center at 8 p.m. today.


The closing includes all day and night classes, and all offices and university activities planned for March 5. The only exceptions will be for operations essential to public safety and service to on-campus residents. Employees designated to provide essential services should contact their supervisors if they feel conditions are too hazardous for them to travel.

The TSSAA tournament at Murphy Center today has been postponed until Friday....

Kind of sad how far the proud FIU program has fallen. Not sure if we played well or FIU gave up a long time ago...probably a little of both.
