2-15-07: In Murfreesboro, the 17th ranked Lady Raiders (24-3, 16-0) were pushed to the limit but gained their 21st consecutive victory with a 66-59 win over FIU. MT led 44-23 with 17:33 remaining but had to hold off the comeback. The 24th regular season win broke the school record, held by the 82-83 team. Krystle Horton scored 10 of her 12 points in the 2nd half and also had 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. Chrissy Givens led scoring with 17 points and also had 9 rebounds.

Kim Webb scored 21 points and became the first MT player, male or female, to pass the 2,000-point mark in career scoring. Alice Lawrence led in scoring, for the game, with 24 points.
