If he can do that, and build off of it, I'm good... the problem is that after 16 seasons he has shown everyone that he is only a .500 coach. I don't think he can do any better.

This is definitely a slight possibility. Depending on what Charlotte does, if that happened we may be in CUSA championship game. I am not predicting this and I think it is highly unlikely, but it is definitely not impossible.
