Per source, I do not expect former MT alum, former Cal assistant, and Tony Franklin protege Pierre Ingram to fill one of the open positions on the staff. That said, here are some things to consider
1) It is my GUESS that TF will have A LOT of input on who is hired to fill the open spots and how the offensive staff is structured. However, this is purely speculation on my part. Typically, TF led college offenses are staffed this way:
OC/QB - TF
Outside WR -
Inside WR -
OL -
RB -
Assuming this pattern remains, the MT offensive staff will look like this:
OC/QB - TF
Outside WR - ?
Inside WR - ?
OL - Rick Mallory
RB - Mike Polly
2) The WR techniques in the TF version of the Air Raid are very distinct. It would not surprise me if the WR coach has a history with TF (pure speculation here)
