My suspicion is no. But Power conferences are so heavily favored under the old system, I can not imagine how much worse they can design a set up that makes it even less favorable for non-power conferences in terms of at large bids or seeding.

Are there as of yet not responses from interested parties? I'm particularly interested in those from respected G-5 coaches, ADs, and conference administrators.
