from article in Monroe News Star:
...The league has agreements with the New Mexico Bowl, the New Orleans Bowl, the Boca Raton Bowl, the Bahamas Bowl, the Hawaii Bowl and the Heart of Dallas Bowl, all of which will be played between Saturday, Dec. 17 and Tuesday, Dec. 27. C-USA also has a secondary agreement with the Independence Bowl.
The New Mexico and New Orleans bowls maintain their spot on the opening day of bowl season. The two changes come with the Heart of Dallas and Bahamas.
The Heart of Dallas Bowl, held on Dec. 26 the past two years, has been moved back a day to Dec. 27. Dallas remains the only Power Five tie in as C-USA will play a member of the Big Ten. The Bahamas has been played on Christmas Eve the past two years. It will now be held Dec. 23.
Last year, C-USA couldn't fill all seven of its bowl agreements due to having just five bowl eligible teams. The newly formed Arizona Bowl ended up selecting two Mountain West teams to play against each other.
The Arizona Bowl is out of the rotation this year along with the St. Petersburg Bowl as C-USA introduces Boca Raton to the mix.
