The million dollar question. I can’t help but think if he was going to declare he would’ve/should’ve done so by now. He could/should get a combine invite. I’ve seen some scouts still grade him with a 3rd-5th round value. Tough call for him to make because he’s in that fringe zone where a (fully healthy) year of tape could help him but is the risk worth it?
