interesting that it has college playing experience as a requirement when the head coach didnt play in college
Requirements (from posting) : "Two (2) years of Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), high school, college, and/or professional coaching experience or Collegiate playing experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required."
It's possible the candidate could be just like the HC (not play in college).
CRI could use Matt's help on the recruiting trail.
Is a there an opening for the strength and conditioning coach as well? If not, there needs to be.
Seems like we had one of these in Richard and then they let him go.

They did. They realigned the staff when Matt came in, but Tom Hodges departure created another opening on the staff
