How bad is FIU?? Never thought this group of Lady Raiders could score over 90 against air.
FIU is actually not that bad. They have a McDonald's All-American nominee freshman guard, but they really only have one post player, Janka Hegadus -- she's good, but is literally the only post on the team who can play at a D-1 level. Reuter and Johnson combined for 40 pts, which was a big part of it.
It was good to see everybody that played scored. To be so lopsided, it was a really physical game. Ty Petty took a beating out there last night, taking charges, slamming into the goalpost pad, getting knocked around by fiu players. Glad the Raiders put a beat down on the score board.
