Football recruiting never sleeps, and even though the 2025 class is almost polished off, we have pivoted to coverage on the portal and the 2026 class. @Shayne_Pickering, @ewglenn and @_ConnerSmith_spearhead the coverage.

Conner Smith has all the bases covered on the baseball team. Austin Lewis will also help bringing hard hitting analysis.

Wrote extensively about Jlynn Counter and the statistical tea leaves suggesting how important he is to this team. Seems like the ingredient Middle has been missing the last few years.

Despite the transfer of guard Kaitlyn Chen to UCONN, Princeton brings back a very sound basketball team for the 2024-25 season. Princeton with its #49 Net Ranking will find itself the favorite as #58 Middle Tennessee travels to Princeton, NJ for part 2 of their out of conference rematch. The Raiders lost a sizable first half lead to the Tigers last year. Eventually losing 65-60 for their only home loss of the season.
It would be of no surprise to once again see this game scoring in the 50's-60's for Sunday afternoon's encounter.

Big, big time add for middle linebacker here. Stud at UTC with good size. Instantly raises the floor of the linebacker room. Chooses Middle Tennessee over Oklahoma State, Wisconsin, and Virginia. Local product as he played his high school football at Riverdale.

Coaching staff led by OL coach Kendall Simmons tapping into some prior connections to bolster the unit up front

Was a big time recruit last cycle. Will fit in nicely at the tight end position in this offense

Game will be on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. central as part of the CUSA/WAC scheduling initiative.

I personally think his work cannot be overstated. He has his hands on everything from floor planning, the types of desks and chairs, fabrics, and uniform colors. Negotiated with equipment suppliers and logistics as well. Not to mention is an MT grad. Hate to see him go.
