For those of you who have followed my diatribes over the years, you've heard me talk a lot about culture. Well, that and branding. The one thing that really sticks out to me - and I'm not even close enough to really see the small things that demonstrate it - but I can tell even from great distance those small things are most likely there and that he's building a championship culture. I'm certainly not going to say it happens immediately, but I don't think it's going to take him long to have MT at the top of the league contending for titles. As someone who's immediate reaction was ire, I'm really impressed with what he's bringing to campus and genuinely believe it will translate on the field.

Saw that Jovante Moffatt was added to the Browns active roster today. He had a great camp there if they hadn’t have made that trade with the Jags before Week 1 he would’ve made the final cuts then. Good for him although it’s sucks he has to play for, you know, the Browns...
