Would MT be playing Wake Forest today if it were 5-7?

Rutgers multi-year APR from what I understand was 979....MT's was 985.

These are numbers from 2020 because I believe 2021 hasn't been tallied yet?

So MT would have had the highest 5-7 APR, and been eligible to play Wake Forest on New Year's Eve in a much bigger bowl, right?

Does Rutgers offer a generic University College degree or Interdisciplinary Studies degree? I think they are already a top tier academic school.
