As bad as it is to say, if we win out, and so does UTSA, and either of the two teams we don't play (UNT and Rice) that beats the other loses at least one more than their UTSA game, we'll go to San Antonio for the rematch on 12/2. No divisions this year, so it'll be #2 AT #1 in the overall standings.

Track record or not I love running the numbers and creating scenarios. I'm a numbers guy auditing by day and tend to dive straight back in to numbers again at night.

I love running the if we do this, that happens scenarios. Maybe it keeps my hope alive? Lol.

Either way I still firmly believe we need to at least play in the Champ game (well really win) for this year (and the Miami win) to truly mean anything. We could win out, but we also could dump it all. It's a .500 crap shoot.

WKU gave UTSA all it could handle and LaT is whooping UTEP right now. Miners trying to come back but still down 14 with 8min left.

And JMU is gonna win the Belt, but not win the Belt due to ridiculous rules. App State losing too in bad fashion.

For G-5 schools, there’s usually a direct correlation between being a conference champion and nationally ranked.

Just for the heck of it, checked the espn predictor for each matchup the rest of the way. It would have MT finishing regular season at 7-5.


They have MT winning at UTEP and winning the last three games of the season.
