softball getting a transfer?

This young lady took quite a shot at her previous coach in her tweet. Not sure that is a good sign of maturity.
And; since she was injured and did not play last year will that count as her transfer year and will she be eligible immediately (it seems as if I heard transfer rules are different for "minor" sports)?
