...Robert Jones learned he has made the Miami Dolphins final 53-man roster.

Jones went undrafted in April coming out of Middle Tennessee State. The Dolphins immediately signed him as an undrafted free agent and Jones immediately impressed them. Throughout much of the preseason Jones was listed as the second-string right guard on Miami’s depth chart. He is one of nine offensive linemen on the Dolphins’ roster.

Jones grew up in Chicago, but he played his senior season of high school football at Rockford East in the fall of 2016. From there he went to Highland Community College in Kansas before moving on to Middle Tennessee.....

Good for him

Richie was cut out west. Gonna be hard for him to make a roster with his injury. He also dropped more passes than any WR in the pre season. Hope his career is not over.

Jones had a fantastic camp and preseason. He’s got the skill set to succeed I hope he can stay healthy and make a name for himself.

Unfortunate about Richie but he was also coming off of a broken wrist if I’m not mistaken so the drops may have had something to do with that as well. He’s versatile on special teams so maybe he can latch on somewhere later in the year.
