Beat you to it! A buddy of mine has family in Illinois. There is a brewery in Peoria where you go there and make a batch of beer yourself. You go back about 6 weeks later and then bottle it yourself. We called ours "Blue Raider Brew" and brought it out to tailgating. We had labels made and everything. I still have an empty sitting on my shelf in my bonus room. I'll try and snap a pic if I remember.
