ncaa tourney at Murphy Center

CRI on wgns said that Massaro is preparing a bid to host the ncaa wbb. I wonder if that gives any hint to reworking the track level?

Regarding the track at the top of Murphy Center, I believe I read/heard somewhere that they are hoping to put the boxes in / remove the track after next season (or the season after that).

Anything that involves removing those old, dilapidated bleachers--I'm all for it! I'd personally be in favor of adding the boxes and also extending upwards the seating area in place of the bleachers.

I'm a big fan of doing something like what Dayton or Notre Dame Did when they redid their arenas.

It's coming. A tweet by Massaro to me a while back said 2-3 years before completion. Suites on the soon-to-be-former track level. Didn't say anything about additional seating decks.
