MT in the market for a new women's tennis coach

I'm curious what went down here. I wonder if her contract wasn't renewed or what. Even without blue tinted glasses I can't imagine that being an assistant at Bama is more attractive than being the head coach at MT.
The fact that women's had a successful year (19-5), I can't imagine anything more than Alabama could pay their tennis assistant coaches more than MT can their head coach and it's a return to her alma mater as well.
