I like her. She's sharp and has a good energy. She is smart to work with what she has while still trying new things. Marketing to the students is also something else she is really focusing on which I'm impressed by her approach. Other directors have tried it but she is attacking it differently and is making headway from what I hear.
I'm rooting for her and bringing the BlueZoo back is also key. Good interview.
Love it! The lack of people is what kills the experience so an organized effort sponsored at both the school and student level is huge. I wonder why they haven't leveraged the Music/Music Business programs to provide musical entertainment pre-games (unless I'm missing it).
I hope of those 1,500 freshmen who marked their interest that even half of them start going to games as part of the Blue Zoo. They’d dramatically increase that student section which has been rather tiny the last few years.
