Better bring our A game. Smuda and Hess can be a handful. Long way to go but after beating WKU Thursday, a win in the Boro completing the road trip sweep would certainly put Liberty in the early drivers seat.
Thursday was a step in the right direction for MT. We need that same intensity to show up Saturday. We always have a target on our back but Liberty has us square in their sights. We haven't played well enough, consistently enough to make me feel comfortable about this one. Hope my insecurity is wrong.

Our shooting must improve tremendously. Anastasia needs to have her best offensive and defensive game this season or Smuda will school her.
It's going to be a close one. Hope we have a good crowd.
Well, we wanted good offense in this game and so far that's what we're getting. Quick 9-3 lead and it sounds VERY loud in there on TV, great crowd on hand today!
Up 20. Going about as well as we could hope... Not much bench use in this one, as expected, but I hope to see more off the bench in the second half here.
Wow... up 60-29 going into the 4Q. Making our shots, playing defense, same intensity as FIU game... Great game. That tough OOC schedule is paying off big time, lol.

Very impressive start to conference play beating the preseason 2 and 3 holding them both to their season lows. I'm sure FIU isn't as good as initially projected, but they did just pick up the road W against WKU today. Really good focus and intensity to start conference play.
This was our most complete game since last year. Just totally dominant, and we still have a lot of room to improve. That's 31 straight in CUSA, the new all-time record. Great crowd today too... 4107 and very loud on TV.
