A lot of people may/may not join BRAA or see the value in specific Eason tickets. How about something like this:

Fans can subscribe to MT athletics. For $29.99/month, fans get the option: starting 24 hours prior to any MT sporting event, you can get 2 reserved tickets to any game that is not sold out. Although the tickets are reserved, your location changes based on availability. You also get a concession and lightening lounge discount. Membership allows special events (passes to go on the field, meet coaches, get practice passes, or behind the scenes for game day production). The more games you go to, the more value you get for the passes. You get a 4 ticket pass for $49.99 per month.

I'm told by marketing folks that subscriptions are very popular among the younger generation. Personally, I think it'd be a fantastic idea to try for a year or two

Why NOT try it for a year or two? I personally love the idea although it certainly looks better on paper for a team that is going to give you 82 chances to see them at home. It might need some tweaks to work at the CFB level, but for a program like MT, you have nothing to lose by trying. Show the fans you're making the attempt to connect..
