Facilities, $$$, investment in the program, and energy surrounding the program will attract talent.

I don't think they will lose more than just a step or so with Chadwell instead of Freeze. Maybe a bit of a drop-off, but I think they will still immediately compete for a conference championship.

I agree. They also don't seem like a program that is going to get stuck with an average coach; I imagine they'll have a short leash on any coach not playing for conference championships on a regular basis. Oh how nice that would be....
