How to stream college sports without losing your mind

Here's the problem with the current offerings because of the alignments we have.

Now that C-USA has signed the NFL network deal, only three of those give you that. Sling, Playstation Vue, or Fubo.

Then you begin to parse those out, because we are also on CBS Sports Network. Sling doesn't offer CBSSN. Fubo does include it, but Fubo doesn't have any of the ESPN channels making it a non-starter. PS Vue offers CBSSN as part of a higher package which is the same package the NFL Network is in.

That said, the package with CBS Sports Network and NFL is $55, which is in line with the cost of the other services. But it also gives you access to the ESPNs as well as FS1 and FS2.

If you're looking at it purely from where C-USA is carried PS Vue Core package and above is really about the only option that's going to give you everything you need.

Hulu and You Tube TV are good options too as both give you everything but the NFL Network. But if you want NFL Network too, PS Vue is it.

Might be worth noting that PS Vue Core package also gives you the SEC Network, Big Ten Network, and the ACC Network as well when in launches this week. The only P5 one you don't get is Pac 12, which probably doesn't matter to most of you.

There needs to be some consolidation in the streaming space. Too many exclusive content deals make it hard for the consumer to get everything they want.
