I heard something ont he radio this AM that the Louisville players actually Voted to NOT play in the NIT, but were overruled by the school. Maybe their hearts won't be in it and we can host Northern Kentucky in the second round, assuming we beat Vermont.

Sheesh. I know the NIT isn’t the big one but still. I’d rather play in it than sit at home. I wouldn’t play in then other two lower ones though. But it’s on national television. Extra practice. Play time. Etc.

Just a few years ago we will happy to be in the NIT...this is no slouch tourney. Its is full of good teams.

More importantly, the team has to have a bad taste in their mouth...this is a chance to win some games and finish on a higher note.

The we are too good for the nit attitude is bs. Wake up! This is a great opportunity to showcase our program.

Disappointed with the attendance on tv. Weak for a “national brand” in my opinion. But what can you expect when the core fan base has “for the most part” become a soul sucking cancer?
