Wish the BOB would get back to the band of the early 2000’s where they were so much fun to watch. I remember at the UT game in Knoxville we blew the Pride of the Southland Band off the field and got a standing ovation. Now seems more like a funeral march atmosphere

Hopefully the new band director is more engaging during games. The band always seemed boring to me.

Its a good thing We need new blood everywhere we can get it with this school, from the president on down. There is so much stagnation with this university. This may be an unpopular opinion. I'm ready for Chip Walter's to go as well. He seems like a nice guy but we just to move on from some of the old guard.

The band seemed to be a lot better before the first Jumbo Tron was installed. The days of the LED Dancing Football!

i loved my time in the BOB and consider it the prime BOB when looking back at his 23 years (2004-2008). So many great memories. The university will miss him, but i am excited to see what comes of the Band of Blue. We need to keep getting students engaged. We also need to find a way to combine the band, the dj, the between quarters band, and come up with a fun exciting product.
