We already have a share of the regular season crown. Win Sat and it is ours outright. 9th in 18yrs if my math is correct. NCAA of course wanted and deserved but would guarantee NIT bid too and guarantee of post-season play every one of those 18yrs. (no tournaments in Covid '20 when we finished 21-9)

We would then be 16-2 with 2 games left. At worse finish 16-4. Still have UNT and UTEP left after LaT.
WKU can finish 15-5 at best which would make UTEP 13-7 as they still have WKU.

Insell has only lost 5 conference games twice in '18 and '19, and only lost more, 6, once in '17. Average conference record in 17yrs is 14-3, 24-8 overall average. We win out the regular season and he will be at 430 wins.

Interesting to note, that for the most part, the worst teams in the conference are all leaving for the AAC and the top teams will be back next year. Not sure this is what they envisioned for women’s basketball?
