I have no doubt this Blue Raider team ends up with a losing record after this matchup. They are going to embarrass and humiliate the Raiders if there's an opportunity. But hey, the athletic department can put up another awning or tarp touting MT participated.
North Texas, WKU, and MT are all playing Sun Belt opponents.
This will be a nice gauge to see if the conference move was really worth it.
I'm guessing it'll end up CUSA wins 2-1....with MT being the sole loser of course.

Actually, I could see Troy beating North Texas and Ark St. beating MT. WKU should hammer Georgia State though.
FAU plays Akron in the Boca Bowl and will run them out of town. The SBC might finish with the best bowl winning % this year.

Well I hope McPhee the Athletic Dept. and Stockstill are happy. Good thing is their" All Expense Paid Vacation" will not cost as much. Still think it will go down as another "Butt Kickin" and by a SB team which will be even more embarrassing. I've lost all faith in MT Football.
And its graduation day, I have two nieces graduating. Still gonna try to make the bowl game.
And, I think we have a solid chance to win against ASU.

Regardless of our thoughts on this season, or our discontent with the coaches and AD, or your beliefs on if 6-6 teams even deserve a bowl, it's important for those who can make this game to go and bring everyone you can. The influence of our fans showing up is much greater than Stockstill because it influences our program as a whole over the long-term. Stockstill could be gone after next year for all we know.

It's going to be closer to a pick'em. Vegas has a lot of respect for MT (despite poor ATS numbers when not playing at home) and Arkansas State isn't the monster it usually is. I do think A-State wins though.
