MTSU has offered a signal caller in the 2025 class, extending an offer to Mill Creek (Ga.) QB Shane Throgmartin. The quarterback for one of the best high school football programs in the country. Holds an offer from West Virginia. Only ESPN has him rated now but it’s as a 4 star for what it’s worth…

A competitor website shows Riles and Lowe both committed to Georgia State back in April? ???? Huh ?

If that’s true, what is the point of that? Do they both think they will start at the same time? Seems really really stupid if that’s the case. Basically comically stupid.

Played at Boise State for three years and then played at Stony Brook for six games last year. Put up 17 tackles, 3.5 TFLs, and 2.5 sacks in those six games. Has two years left as a grad transfer and stands at 6'3/250.

Played two seasons at Charlotte, including one start, at QB before transferring to follow Will Healy to UCF, where he was ultimately moved to safety for a year. Has two years left since first year was a redshirt.
