I had the same thoughts. What happened between the first week of December and now?

This has got to hurt recruiting. This is usually done in December so they can use the dead period to hire a staff and hit the ground running in January.

It'll be 2 weeks before they have a coach and a full staff.

Edit-maybe not awkward. The above article now says he is out. It originally said he wasn't despite rumors. This is fun to watch.
